In a recent study of CxO's expectations for the future, 54% stated they expect their IT organization to be replaced completely (possibly through an outsourced service) by 2016. Given the strong growth in cloud-based services coupled with changes in the market and workforce, business, as we know it has been disrupted. Business executives have the ability to procure IT services on their own just by getting out their credit card. Combine that fact with the latest generations’ new ways of working and you have the forces driving demand for new IT organizations.
